Repair Technician
Job Summary:
ADVCRS, a leader in innovative car body repair solutions, seeks a repair technician to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and technical excellence. Central to our growth, the ideal candidate ensures the optimal operation of collision repair equipment, from diagnosis to repair. While an auto body, automotive, or welding background is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
The responsibilities of this position at ADVCRS are:
- Diagnose and Repair Collision Equipment: Quickly troubleshoot and rectify issues in welders, rivet guns, frame benches, and vehicle diagnostic equipment, ensuring they meet ADVCRS and manufacturer standards.
- Determine Equipment Needs: Assess and identify the parts, supplies, and tools required for effective repairs or installations, ensuring efficient job completion.
- Customer Training: Engage with customers by offering comprehensive training on equipment updates, usage, and essential maintenance, fostering a proactive approach to equipment care.
- Handle and Install Equipment: Safely and effectively lift, load, and install heavy equipment, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safety protocols and practical judgment.
The qualifications for this position at ADVCRS are:
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures repairs and installations are performed accurately to avoid repeated issues or callbacks.
- Driving Credentials: Possesses a valid driver's license with no DUI convictions on record.
- Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the US without needing visa sponsorship.
- Language: Proficient in spoken English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
