Outwest Auto, a family-owned automotive repair business in Valley Springs, CA, is growing and looking to hire a Service Manager. We are seeking an honest, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills, ready to grow. Retail/sales experience is required. NO WEEKENDS! Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer entering our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
- Present the best solution to properly repair our customers' vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
- Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
- Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a team atmosphere at all times.
- Assist other employees as needed.
- Directly supervise and manage 6-8 employees.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management.
- Solid track record in automotive repair estimating and repair order generation.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
