Outwest Auto, a family-owned automotive repair business in Valley Springs, CA, is growing and looking to hire a Service Manager. We are seeking an honest, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills, ready to grow. Retail/sales experience is required. NO WEEKENDS! Responsibilities:

Greet every customer entering our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
Present the best solution to properly repair our customers' vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and a team atmosphere at all times.
Assist other employees as needed.
Directly supervise and manage 6-8 employees.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management.
Solid track record in automotive repair estimating and repair order generation.
Positive attitude.
Strong customer service skills.
