Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor is responsible for providing a high level of service and satisfaction to the dealership customer base. The Service Advisor must also assure that the service department delivers acceptable levels of profit. Primary objectives, serve as the first line of contact and communication link between customer and dealership during the service process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The Service Advisor will provide convenient appointments and service and repair work, and offer courtesy service when appropriate. The candidates will need to start the reception process immediately upon customer arrival by inspecting the unit before the work starts and making appointment notes for the Repair Orders. Communication with customers is the most important for accurately recording and verifying customer needs on repair orders and securing
proper approval including but not limited to cost estimate, and delivery time.
The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00-$29.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.

Qualifications:
Automotive or Motorcycle experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Having a motorcycle license is preferred, but you must possess a valid driver's license alongside an insurable driving record. Candidates will be bending, stretching, crawling, reaching, and climbing, as well as looking at computer screens for extended periods of time. Candidates will also need to use physical and manual dexterity.
