WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Automotive Dealership Service Advisor Experience – PREFFERED
- Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - PREFERRED
The California pay range for this position is $66,560.00 - $146,400.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
