Position Summary: As our Auto Body Shop Advisor, you'll be the critical link between our customers and repair team, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process. Your expertise in damage assessment and customer service will help us deliver outstanding results and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- MA Damage Appraiser License: Valid and up-to-date
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role within an auto body or collision repair setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of damage appraising, repair processes, and insurance protocols
- Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess and appraise vehicle damage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent updates
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure approvals and smooth processing
