We are looking for a dedicated Flat Rate Technicians to join our fast paced team
Pay range $40-$60, based on experience and qualifications

Flat Rate Tech Qualifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- 3–5-years' experience
- CDJR Experience is preferred
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment screening and background check
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record

Position Summary:
The Automotive Technician is responsible for the actual service and /or repair of vehicles assigned to them by service management or their designated representatives. Repairs must be done in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Ensures that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently and that the dealership’s service department maintains a consistently high level of safety and customer satisfaction that is consistent with Route 24 Auto Group’s core philosophies, principles, and values.
