The position requires a high skill level with mechanical aptitude, professional tech experience, a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to accurately diagnose engine lights, mechanical rattles, squeaks and clunks, as well as various electrical problems on newer cars, trucks and SUVs. The ability to juggle several jobs and work through problems efficiently are also key attributes, along with a good attitude and willingness to collaborate with co-workers.
The pay is a combination of hourly pay with overtime and a flat rate production commission. The expected compensation is between $83,200 and $114,400.
Our location is a full-service repair center that performs most automotive service and repairs on domestic and imports, but not European vehicles.
The insurance package (health, dental, vision, short/long term disability, and life insurance) is excellent and the retirement benefit package offers company match with employee contribution. The position is eligible for paid sick, vacation and PTO and offers no-charge uniforms.
