*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role involves working with various vehicle systems, including diesel engines and automotive electrical systems, while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on mainly GM models.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace components related to diesel engine systems.
- Estimate repair costs accurately and communicate findings to customers.
- Work on automotive electrical systems, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in automotive repair, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes for accurate cost assessments.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to perform related repairs.
- Skills in welding and working with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $23.46 - $24.45 per hour
