Job Summary:
Delaware Tire Centers is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Alignment and Suspension Technician to join the team in Newark, Delaware. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing services related to alignments and suspensions, in addition to other duties as needed. This is a full-time position with a base plus commission pay structure.
Compensation & Benefits:
The successful candidate will be compensated with $24-$39/hr plus commission. The position will also include benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform alignment and suspension services on customer vehicles using a wide range of electronic and mechanical tools
- Inspect and adjust alignment and suspension components as needed
- Test and calibrate systems as needed
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- ASE Certification in alignment and suspension preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in alignment and suspension work
- Experience in the automotive industry highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle heavy objects with precision
