At White Gloves now WG Waste, we’re passionate about our business and we want to help you become passionate about it too. WG Waste is now expanding into the larger waste management business and is hiring a Tire Tech/Mechanic who can keep class 8 trucks road and dot ready.
His/her duties involve checking all the tires on our class 7-8 trucks, patching and replacing when needed, also perform pre & post-trip inspections, lube and Maintenance and general repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of Wheel end repairs for class 8 trucks.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with DOT regulations and pre & post-trip inspections.
Hours
· Schedule - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday 3-4 hours each day starting around 4pm
Location
· 1073 Ridge Avenue SW, Atlanta, GA 30315
Salary
· $30.00 - $35.00 per hour plus occasional Saturday overtime, dispatch & customer service experience is a must.
