As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect fluid levels and top up as needed
- Conduct tire rotations and tire pressure checks
- Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify any potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license
