- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up with clients post-sale.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities during dealership events or presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a keen understanding of pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices within a dealership setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong public speaking skills for effective communication during presentations or events.

- A valid driver's license is required.
