As a Technician Trainee, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of our customers' vehicles. Your role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality automotive services. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety, performance, and satisfaction of our customers. We have an incredible Fixed Operations team, and we are looking to add one more Technician Trainee!
- Hourly rate: Up to $22 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
Perform detailed multipoint inspections.
Perform video inspection on every vehicle.
Complete all repairs and service orders accurately and in a timely manner per management guidelines
Comply with all safety guidelines and policies including the handling of hazardous waste and good housekeeping
Meet productivity and efficiency weekly and monthly quotas
Strive to preserve customer relations through attentive, thorough and respectful response to stated needs
Adhere to the Nelson Character Commitment (Good Attitude, Ability, Honesty, Loyalty)
Commit to growth daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional personal appearance
