We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Inspector to join our team in either a full or part time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the quality and safety of vehicles, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to identify potential issues effectively.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform necessary tests and evaluations.
- Document findings accurately and provide detailed reports on inspection results.
- Collaborate with automotive repair teams to address any identified issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vehicle inspections.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during inspections and repairs.
- Familiarity with auto restoration techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
