Area Manager - Austin, TX
Responsible for leading the operations of multiple locations ensuring to meet or exceed all goals relating to customer service, margin, efficiency, quality, and administration.
Essential Job Functions
- Meet or exceed all goals set for each location.
- Oversee the sales, overall production, and administration of each location.
- Monitor each location performance to identify any opportunities or trends; develop and execute a plan to address.
- Ensure DRP accounts are properly managed, and any changes properly communicated through location managers.
- Recruit, recognize and retain top talent for each location.
- Ensure each location meets all requirements of OE and I-Car standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership skills required
- Prior knowledge of the auto collision industry.
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both in-person, orally, and through written correspondence and presentation with candidates, employees, managers, and leadership.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Willingness to travel to JHCC locations as required or directed by leadership.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Prior collision industry experience required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience preferred.
