Job Description:
Local Caldwell shop is hiring for an experienced Diesel Mechanic for a heavy-duty machinery, trucks, tractor, and trailers maintained and operational. A successful candidate will perform truck & equipment repair and maintenance, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team member to meet company goals.
Responsibility:
- Diagnose, repair and maintain different pieces of equipment and trucks
- Computer diagnostics
- Complete service
- Brakes and seals
- Differentials, clutches, and transmissions
- Diesel engines
- Electrical systems
- Air systems
General Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Verifiable experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Valid CDL-A license preferred, but not required
- Physical ability
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Ability to supply own tools
Schedule:
Monday – Friday / Saturday
8:00am till 5:00pm
Pay:
$25.00-$30.00/hour DOE
