We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to provide front-line support for our dealerships’ technical needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently using a ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, phones, and other network-connected devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting email, collaboration tools, and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., connectivity problems, switches, routers).
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and software applications across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
- Assist in IT onboarding and offboarding of dealership employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing and tracking support requests.
- General networking knowledge (e.g., understanding of IP addresses, routers, switches, basic diagnostics).
- Proficiency in Windows OS (installation, troubleshooting, updates).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between dealerships in the Atlanta area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
- Previous experience in a multi-location support role or within the automotive industry.
