The Express Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work efficiently to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
