Job Summary:
As an Automotive Business Development Agent at Interaction Advertising, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include cold calling prospects, qualifying leads, and utilizing your exceptional people skills to engage and convert them into valued customers. Your success will be rewarded through a competitive base pay and commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify their interest and gather relevant information.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with leads, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with dealership teams to understand their specific needs and tailor your approach to effectively promote their offerings.
- Track and manage leads and interactions through CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates for efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive business development, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay Structure:
The compensation for this position will consist of a competitive base pay supplemented by a commission structure that incentivizes successful lead generation and conversions. Your earnings will reflect your ability to effectively drive business development and contribute to the growth of the company and our dealership partners.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
