We're looking to hire full-time or part-time automotive alignment service technician, for our busy independent alignment only shop located in Fremont.
- Primary responsibility to diagnose and carry out wheel alignments on passenger cars and light trucks
- Test drive vehicles as required
- Provide "Service Excellence Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests.
- Completing work in a professional and responsible manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Clean and maintain equipment as well as the service area.
- Input customer info on work-orders and cashier customer payment.
- Observe and comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies
Experience
- Minimum of one year experience with Hunter alignment equipment required.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently diagnose automotive alignment related symptoms and problems.
- Additional training and educational opportunities will be provided.
Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing required
- Ability to work 9am to 5pm including some Saturdays.

- Strong oral and written communication ability.
- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative, be able and willing to work without direct supervision.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
