We're looking to hire full-time or part-time automotive alignment service technician, for our busy independent alignment only shop located in Fremont.

Primary responsibility to diagnose and carry out wheel alignments on passenger cars and light trucks
Test drive vehicles as required
Provide "Service Excellence Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests.
Completing work in a professional and responsible manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Clean and maintain equipment as well as the service area.
Input customer info on work-orders and cashier customer payment.
Observe and comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies

Experience

Minimum of one year experience with Hunter alignment equipment required.
Ability to accurately and efficiently diagnose automotive alignment related symptoms and problems.
Additional training and educational opportunities will be provided.

Requirements

Valid California driver’s license required
High School Diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing required
Ability to work 9am to 5pm including some Saturdays.

Strong oral and written communication ability.
Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative, be able and willing to work without direct supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
