- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

Your Role: As a Lead Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our emergency vehicles. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance
- Perform tasks in a safe and timely manner
- Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing major vehicle systems and components
- Conducting repairs, primarily on Ford Transits and Mercedes Sprinters
- Inputting work orders into our repair tracking software
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborating with the fleet supervisor and taking on additional tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old with 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
- Possess moderate to strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintaining a strong value in safety and precision in every repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical education is a plus
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic software and tools
- Possess ability to interpret wiring diagrams
- Possess own tools and toolbox
- Lift and move items necessary for job functions
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE or similar certifications are a bonus, but not required
- Candidates will be subject to background checks, and drug testing
