Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

Your Role: As a Lead Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our emergency vehicles. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Performing routine and preventative maintenance
Perform tasks in a safe and timely manner
Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing major vehicle systems and components
Conducting repairs, primarily on Ford Transits and Mercedes Sprinters
Inputting work orders into our repair tracking software
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Collaborating with the fleet supervisor and taking on additional tasks as needed

Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old with 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
Possess moderate to strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Maintaining a strong value in safety and precision in every repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical education is a plus
Ability to use automotive diagnostic software and tools
Possess ability to interpret wiring diagrams
Possess own tools and toolbox
Lift and move items necessary for job functions
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ASE or similar certifications are a bonus, but not required
Candidates will be subject to background checks, and drug testing
