Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. We have an opening to add a painter or highly qualified paint prep technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in autobody repair prep for paint, Masking, Spraying, buffing, etc

Due to Indeeds pay scale and our flexibility of hiring either full fledge painter or prepper it is difficult to list a correct pay scale. Quality pay for a Quality Technician

Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces
- Assist with buffing and detailing tasks
- Support the auto body repair process by prepping surfaces for paint application
- Utilize paint spraying equipment for efficient paint preparation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the paint prep process

Skills

- Hand tools proficiency
- Auto body repair experience
- Auto painting skills
- Experience in auto repair paint prep is required
- Proficiency in buffing and detailing tasks
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes
