The Body Shop Manager is responsible for managing the Body Shop Associates and assisting with performing major repairs from start to finish on damaged vehicles, including mechanical repairs, body panel replacement or repair, refinishing of repaired areas and prep for delivery to customer.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
Pay: $75,000 - $100,000/yr (Depending on Experience) plus performance bonus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling & assign work to body shop Associates.
Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.
Provide effective communication to customers regarding their job orders by preparing estimates for repair work and parts; monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.
Work closely with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.
Assist with invoicing and collecting procedures.
Assist with maintaining inventory of parts, paint and materials necessary for repair functions.
Promote and sell Body Shop services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with additional trade school or college education preferred.
- Mechanical and refinishing knowledge required with five years of related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required;
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Some supervisory experience required.
- ASE, Dupont or other certification required.
- Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred.
- Dependable and reliable attendance required.
