Logistics :
- Length : 1 year contract with possibility to convert
- Location : Hybrid role with 3 days on site in Bellevue, WA

- Shift : M-F, 8-5 PST
Summary :
You will analyze, install, troubleshoot, and maintain areas of the enterprise networks including client / server systems / applications, system communications, user account management, software deployment, and endpoint protection to help maintain a stable environment for end users and internal customers in a medium to large corporate environment.
You will also assist w / HQ offices, Satellite, Store and CPC facilities, and support remote workforce as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft applications
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Experience imaging and issuing out hardware for break / fix situations
- Ability to manage tickets coming into queues and respond to them in a timely manner
- Ability to fulfill Service requests for new accounts and separations
