Job Title : Service Technician Pay Range : $30-43 / hr + Potential Bonus (Dependent on Market) Schedule : Typical Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Varies by Market) Rotational On-Call : Every 3-4 weeks Occasional Overnight Travel : May be Required Based on Market Location : Within 40 miles of the designated market area.

Troubleshooting & Repair : Utilize your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to properly diagnose and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment.
Technical Consultation : Communicate with manufacturers as needed for diagnoses and parts identification, and consult with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support.
Installation : Install parts ordered for customers in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policies. Service Promotion : Promote and recommend additional services provided by the company to customers when appropriate.
Administrative Duties : Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory.
Safety & Maintenance : Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures. Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory.
Productivity : Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate for the Service Technician role should have experience in one or more of the following areas : Commercial Refrigeration : Expertise with Walk-In Coolers / Freezers, Reach-In Coolers / Freezers, Ice Machines, Parallel Rack Systems, etc.
Licensing : Universal EPA License is required unless the candidate has significant experience in Commercial Kitchen Repair.
Experience Required : Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in one or more of the following areas : Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, Kitchen Equipment, Commercial HVAC, or relevant Military Service.
