As part of our fleet servicing crew as an Automotive Mechanic, you'll perform an array of services such as preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring compliance and keeping a line of communication open between customers and internal teams. This is an overnight position, M-F 9:30 p.m.-6 a.m.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and potential problems.
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required for completion.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Test and verify repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, technical manuals, and service bulletins.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.
