As a Vehicle Title Clerk, you will assist with processing vehicle titles and registration documents, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. As a Receptionist, you will manage front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle title and registration paperwork.
- Verify vehicle information and ensure accuracy of titles.
- Maintain accurate records of title documents, ensuring they are filed and organized properly.
- Address customer inquiries and help resolve title-related issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing them as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail.
- Support office staff with clerical duties and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
