Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers is one of the largest Independent Automotive Repair Shops in the St. Louis / St. Charles area with 7 new locations in the Longview Texas area. We have a total of 50 Retail Tire & Automotive Centers, split between Missouri, Illinois, and Texas. We have 3 currently under construction and are in the process of interviewing for the anticipated openings of these stores this fall. We have been taking care of all the automotive needs of our friends and neighbors since 1976. The only way we can continue to do that is with dedicated employees. Skilled Technicians play a key role in the Customer Experience, and Customer Service & Care, and we need the best in the business.
We are looking for Automotive Technicians of all skill levels, from anyone wanting to get into this career filed, to experienced Technicians A, B, C Level and even ASE Master Techs. A minimum of 1year time in a Automotive Repair shop a must, for A technician, Tire Techs experience is preferred but not necessary.
ASE Techs have a wide variety of work on a daily basis, and we have plenty of traffic to keep you moving. We assign work based on your skill level, and have multiple Advanced Level Training Course. The industry is constantly changing and we stay on the cutting edge in keeping our Technicians up to speed. This Training is also provided at no cost to you. We are investing in your future and ours.
ASE registration and test fees are paid for by the Company, and there is an additional end of year bonus based on the number achieved.
