We are seeking a Body Shop Collision Repair Technician to join our team. The Shop Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to collision repair.

Requirements:
Seasoned Technician 5+ years of experience
Self-motivated, I CAR helpful but will enroll and provide training to the right person
Must be willing to contribute ideas regarding production and processes to ensure seamless repairs
Tear down and assess vehicle damage; provide written list of damages and review with manager / estimator
Ability to identify related vs. unrelated damage
Ensure all needed repairs and parts to eliminate the need for supplements and minimize repair time
Must be organized and proficient in damage assessment: must be able to cycle through multiple vehicles
Remove damaged parts from vehicles, provide photos i n CCC software program of each item and repair areas
Set Up and measure vehicles on frame machine, realign and repair structural damage
Be able to weld replacement parts with resistance or MIG welders
Identify and mirror match new to damaged parts, inform office of missing or additional parts
Follow manufacturer standards with regard to vehicle repair and calibration of electronics
Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
Be able to safely and efficiently meet multiple deadlines
Must have own tools
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and orders
Multi-tasking between multiple vehicles while maintaining efficiency
Adhere to all attendance, punctuality and timekeeping requirements
