**Position Overview:**
The Quick Lane Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of quick service tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs. This role is perfect for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and provide recommendations for additional services when needed.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that all work is performed to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle needs and service recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a Quick Lane or similar environment.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and repair processes is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
