RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department! If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
- Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
- Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.
- Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
- Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
- Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.
- Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.
- Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience writing concise but detailed repair orders for vehicles - powersports or automotive, desired
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Motorcycle endorsement preferred
