Tallahassee Ford is seeking skilled and experienced automotive technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cars, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Air Conditioned Shop, High speed doors, new equipment, expanded work area!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
