Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle :
- Diagnostics
- Calibrations / programming
- Scanning
- Wire / Connectorrepair
- Provide support to team membersexplaining diagnostics and enhancing their learningexperience
- Communicate with our internal andexternal customers to establish supply and demand in ATEServices
- Collaborate with other marketmanagement in weekly meetings to determine needs struggles orpositive actions to aid gain company growth
- Protect safeguard and maintain equipment and companyassigned vehicle
- Miscellaneous duties asassigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of automotive background servicing and diagnosingall automotive systems
- Strong technologicalskills including but not limited to : Outlook Teams Wordetc.
- Strong working knowledge in ADAS andelectrical performed services (calibrations programming diagnosticswire / connector repair etc.)
- Exceptionalcommunication skills both verbal and written
- Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills andexpand knowledge for maximum career progression
- Must be able to remain productive with a great sense ofurgency
- Must be able to stand for long periodsof time in automotive shop environments
- Energetic high sense of urgency motivated to producepassion for the industry and positive representation of the ATEbrand
- Have astrong knowledge of electricaldiagnostic equipment : multimeter power probe resistorsetc.
- Ability to :
- Read andunderstand factory and nonfactory service information
- Perform and analyze vehicle health analysis scans withfactory and nonfactory tooling
- Read andunderstand vehicle wiring schematics
- Performwire / connector repair and / or replacement
- Program vehicles with factory or nonfactorysoftware
- Perform all level 1 2 and 3calibrations (Static & Dynamic)
- Diagnosecorrect and verify all customervehicle concerns
- Explain and properlycommunicate diagnosis both verbally and written formats
- A safe driving record and a valid Drivers Licenserequired
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
