Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire an Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative immediately! Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout our Training / Apprenticeship program.

The Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the on-site key production and customer support during our promotional campaigns throughout the metro area.

Van / vehicle will be provided for mobile car key production! Responsibilities : Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code Creating automotive keys and programming transponders Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales Manage on-site Inventory Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Requirements : Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred Previous sales and customer service experience Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter / exit other vehicles Driver's License (Required) AND CLEAN MVR! Must be 22 years or older to work with client and drive the van Positive and professional demeanor Pay for this position will range from $75,000 to $90,000, plus up to a 10% bonus.
