HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
The Field Service Technician for Reliable Plus will service and install a variety of vehicle wash equipment. The Field Service Technician will interact with customers daily regarding their equipment, provide excellent customer service, and accurately provide information regarding service or repair while building and maintaining professional relationships. The primary purpose of this role is to provide preventative and repair services, but implementation support will also be provided by this role when needed. * Reliable Plus is a division of Lube Tech.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform diagnostic analysis and repairs on state-of-the-art vehicle wash equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new vehicle wash equipment as necessary.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts on company-provided vehicle.
- Maintain tools and test equipment in a professional manner.
- Observe internal and external process’, policies, and procedures governing service delivery.
- Consult with customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Occasional overnight travel.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Experience and/or Training:
- Experience servicing Vehicle Wash equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) compute devices
- Experience with DC/AC electrical circuits, low & high voltage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office | Smartsheet | Service Pro
