Responsibilities
Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Answers phones, resolving questions and concerns or transfers to appropriate team member
- Opens Repair Orders using Reynolds & Reynolds and CCC Software
- Communicates with Customers and Insurance Companies regarding timetables and payment expectations
- Accurately closing Repair Orders to balance to final estimates and deductibles
- Collects payments from Insurance Companies and Customers
- Assists in daily payroll posting for technicians
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming estimate appointments and re-delivery of finished work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Receptionist / Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and Michigan
- Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Polite & Professional appearance
