Tire Technician
Duties:
- Mounting, balancing, and installing tires on customer vehicles
- Performing tire repairs and rotations as needed
- Conducting tire inspections to identify any potential issues or concerns
- Assisting customers with tire selection and providing recommendations based on their needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for heavy lifting
- Knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and types
- Familiarity with tire repair techniques and equipment
- Basic math skills for calculating tire measurements and pricing
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
