Position: Master Technician
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $30 to $50 per flat rate hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- ASE Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
