Vintage Broncos is the leading Bronco builder delivering world class vehicles and service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Assembly Technician to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality vehicles by assembling various automotive components and ensuring that each vehicle meets our quality and safety standards. This position demands a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Assembly: Assemble automotive components within assigned target times with 100% quality rating
Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in the finished product.
Tool and Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized assembly equipment, while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including parts used, work completed, and any issues encountered during the process.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve assembly-related problems and malfunctions to ensure the efficient production of high-quality vehicles.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members, including engineers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors, to optimize assembly processes and ensure overall production goals are met.
Training: Stay updated on automotive assembly techniques, tools, and equipment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education or vocational training in automotive technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive assembly or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret SOP’s, assembly instructions, and technical documents.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols rigorously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy components.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and overtime as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
