Previous Body-shop management experience is not needed, but estimating/writing experience is required. We do require all candidates to be highly motivated and full of great ideas. Responsibilities
Oversees Abingdon Body-shop
Provide estimates on repairs
Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all department personnel.
Requirements
Strong Leadership & Managerial skills
Excellent work ethic
Exceptional organizations & problem-solving skills.
Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
