NelsonB Refreshing is rapidly growing and striving to reach our goal of being Louisiana’s #1 cleaning company. We are looking for experienced thorough, detailed car detailers and pressure washing technicians who will provide top quality cleaning services to our customers.
The Vehicle Detailer and Pressure Washing Technician will clean vehicles and surfaces according to company standards or client specifications. This may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to the condition of the vehicle and surface. You should possess strong customer service and hardworking skills. If you are customer and detail oriented, professional, responsible, and a team player, we want to hear from you!

Technician Responsibilities:
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
- Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of service area.
- Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the service area condition.
- Provide superior, detailed cleaning to customers.
- Educate customer on benefits of cleaning and enhancements.
- Operate a Pressure washer.
- Be able to work with Bleach and other cleaning solutions.
Technician Requirements:
- Experience using smart devices.
- Prior detailing experience may be preferred.
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and hardworking skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including working outside, walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Candidates will be required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.
- Dependable and reliable transportation
- Applicants must provide a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
- Availability to work weekends.
This is a full-time role with commission on services and upgrades performed.
