As a result of the retirement of our management team, Beshore & Koller Ford is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Body Shop Manager. As the Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all repairs and services meet or exceed industry standards. Your role will involve coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience and current appraisers license preferred.
