Work is simple, Employers make it hard. When you fix more cars you should make more money. But you have to have the cars for that to work and if I dare say, you need the right cars. Doing oil changes all day because they don’t have anything else for you to do, isn’t going to get you what you deserve. Doing warranty work with very little customer pay isn’t going to get it done. Having service advisors or managers that don’t listen to what you tell them isn’t helping anything either.
You’re here reading ads because somethings off with what you're presently doing and we can help. We think about this differently. I started as a tech, all of those things above, I’ve been there and we don’t do it that way here period. Marketing cheap oil changes is outdated and just doesn’t work. You need teams that value each other's options and listen to take action, not just blow you off. You need marketing that grabs the guest for the right reasons. You need payment plans for all guests regardless of their situation. Everybody knows the economy isn’t great. Not everyone is going to have the money to just pay out right and here we don’t let that stand in the way.
