As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers.
Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. Your work isn't just about technical expertise; it's about delivering exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Using cutting-edge technology like Mobile-Tech, you'll document your service activities seamlessly. This means completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets with precision and efficiency.
Requirements:
The company evaluates applicants based on the following qualifications and previous work experience:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required.
- Certification: Must possess a universal EPA certification.
- Professionalism: Candidates should have and maintain a professional image.
- Flexibility: Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed is expected.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Preferred Experience: Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous.
