Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Auto Body repair team. In this position, you will be tasked with assisting other team members as well as being self-sufficient in the work, and finishing vehicles that have damage done to them. While most of your duties revolve around the body itself, our ideal candidate has some experience working with all the systems in a vehicle, and body shop. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including bodywork, painting, mud work and mechanical repairs
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Repair dents, scratches, and other cosmetic damage
- Use welding equipment to repair or replace damaged metal components
- Repair or replace auto glass as necessary
- Work in collaboration with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in collision repair facility is preferred
- Proficiency in welding techniques for sheet metal repairs.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License
- Certified PPG is a plus but not required

Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
