Job Title: Automotive Testing Lab Technician

Job Description:
Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a technician in repairing and maintaining automotive test benches.
- Proficient in testing infotainment features across various automotive test benches and vehicles.
- Capable of organizing and sorting test benches in preparation for testing setups.
- Competent in working with Mac system software and comfortable with hardware functions.
- Ability to manage competing demands and plan priorities effectively.
- Experienced in collaborating with diverse engineering teams to provide comprehensive support and lab bench status reports.
- Strong documentation and interpersonal skills, especially on technical subjects.
- Experience working in a lab environment, including setting up test equipment and handling packing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the role, which may require lifting and arranging test benches of varying weights.
Job Description:
- Execute daily tests by following detailed test procedures.
- Collect data from a large number of devices under test, prioritize findings, and identify product defects.
- Prepare and document test results.
- Fix test equipment, test setups, and automated tests as needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour
