Job Title: Automotive Testing Lab Technician

Job Description:

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a technician in repairing and maintaining automotive test benches.
Proficient in testing infotainment features across various automotive test benches and vehicles.
Capable of organizing and sorting test benches in preparation for testing setups.
Competent in working with Mac system software and comfortable with hardware functions.
Ability to manage competing demands and plan priorities effectively.
Experienced in collaborating with diverse engineering teams to provide comprehensive support and lab bench status reports.
Strong documentation and interpersonal skills, especially on technical subjects.
Experience working in a lab environment, including setting up test equipment and handling packing.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the role, which may require lifting and arranging test benches of varying weights.

Job Description:

Execute daily tests by following detailed test procedures.
Collect data from a large number of devices under test, prioritize findings, and identify product defects.
Prepare and document test results.
Fix test equipment, test setups, and automated tests as needed.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of an Associate's Degree; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus, or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour
